How does a struggling newbie loan officer go from making $3600 per month in “survival mode” to making $28k per month (a 7X increase!) in just 5 months… without making a single cold call?
Almost sounds too good to be true, does it not?
Well, here’s an inspiring true story about how Kira Truett did exactly that…
Kira launched in the mortgage game just 3 years ago, but, as fate would have it, she got prego just a few months in, so she shelved her career for the time being and took a year off for maternity leave. After returning, she bounced around to a few companies and finally found a place she could call “home”.

She knew she was capable of making $20k per month (if she just knew how) but at that point, the most she’d ever made in one year was $45k.
