Here’s an inspiring true story about how she 10X’d her closings in the last 2 months, without making a single cold call…
Misty had been in the game for one year and was closing about 1 deal per month.
Like most loan officers, she was doing the typical caveman marketing methods her manager recommended…
Cold calling Realtors every Monday.
Going to Open Houses.
Even Door knocking. (Head slap)
And after busting her hump working 50+ hour weeks (plus evenings and weekends), all she had to show for it was a measly 2 leads per week… and most of those didn’t even close.
To say she was burnt out and frustrated would be the understatement of the year.
She felt guilty working so much for so little, and not being around for her kids.
She hated the door knocking.

Her deepest fear was having to “accept defeat” and being forced to go back to the Day Job, punching a clock 9-5, with the office ball and chain around her ankle.
She couldn’t bear the thought of letting her family down, and showing her kids what it looks like to settle for a second-best life.
Screw fricken that! It’s do or die, she thought!
So, after an entire year of doing it the hard way, Misty realized her way wasn’t working, so she reached out for help.
